Georgia State Clinic Registration Registration is still open The Georgia Clinic will be held Aug 2, 2008 at Tucker. The time frames and specific schedule is still being finalized. Check back for updates. For those wishing to register for this clinic, please complete this 2008 Georgia Clinic Registration Form.
NAWGJ Symposium & National Training Camp Registration is still open The NAWGJ Symposium is being held in conjunction with the National Training Camp, Sept 12-14 at Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta in Kennesaw, GA. Anyone interested in attending Symposium should complete the NAWGJ Symposium Registration Form.
AAU Membership Sept 1st or prior to judging an AAU meet The registration form for judges is the AAU Nonathlete Application Form,

Regional Availability

June 1st for Regionals

Availability forms are required from judges who wish to be considered for a Regional Meet assignment. Completed forms should be sent to Marian Dykes and Sheila Ragle. This form can be found in the winter edition of Region 8's All Around News.

Aug. 15, 2008 for State Meets

State Meet Availability Forms are required from judges who wish to be considered for a State Meet assignment. Completed forms should be sent to Sharon Doyle & Marian Dykes.

Continuing Education

Aug. 1, 2007

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required of each judge annually. CPE Requirements met are documented on these forms:

Annual Continuing Education Record

Continuing Education Clinic Credit Form
Continuing Education Miscellaneous Credit Form

The Annual Continuing Education Record will be filed with our Membership Chairperson by the due date.

The other two forms are to be completed at the time of the activity. Each member is responsible for maintaining these forms in the event of an audit.

Contract

Each time Judges who agree to replace another judge on a meet should complete this form and send it to the meet director. Judges should also notify the GA Booking Agent and the Meet Referee. Every effort should be made to complete this prior to the start of the meet.
In-Gym Card

June 1st for Regionals

Nine (9) hours of in-gym experience are required from judges who wish to be considered for a Regional Meet assignment. Completed forms should be sent to Marian Dykes with a copy to Jean DeArmon.
In-Gym Card

Aug 15th for State

Six (6) hours of in-gym experience are required from judges who wish to be considered for a State Meet assignment. Completed forms should be sent to Jean DeArmon. Forms will be availabe at a later date.
Judges Information Release Form   This form contains information used to produce the Georgia NAWGJ Roster. It also provides permission to publish designated information to our members.
Judges Request Form   Coaches and Meet Directors should complete this form to request judges for meets and intersquads. Simply complete the form and send it to the GA Booking Agent. There is a $3 fee per judge requested. Coaches and Meet Directors, you may request specific judges. Every effort will be made to honor your request, assuming they are available.
NAWGJ Membership Annually This form is provided by the NAWGJ treasurer approximately one month prior to your annual registration date. Judges who have fulfilled their volunteer commitment to GA-NAWGJ should complete this form and send it to Jean DeArmon for processing.
Uniforms A new uniform supplier has been selected. The uniform order form can be found on the NAWGJ website. Here's the link: Uniform Information & Order Form
USA Gymnastics Membership Annually This form is provided by USA-Gymnastics Membership approximately one month prior to your annual registration date. Judges may renew their membership at usa-gymnastics membership or via US mail.
Voucher   This form is used to request reimbursement for expenses incurred for training, membership, or other activities that have been approved by the board of directors.
