| Georgia State Clinic Registration |
The Georgia Clinic will be held June 2-3, 2007
at Roswell. The time frames and specific schedule is still being
finalized. Check back for updates. For those wishing to register
for this clinic, please complete this 2007 Georgia Clinic Registration

A new uniform supplier has
been selected. The uniform order form can be found on the NAWGJ

Technical
Changes for 2007-2008
|
Technical changes are posted
on the USA-Gymnastics website under the Women's Program. Many
of the approved changes can be found in these Minutes
of the Joint Jr. Olympic & Technical Committee Meeting from
May 21,
2007 and in Women's
Technical Committee Minutes from May 22, 2007. |
Checking
Scores
|
When using Pro Score or
any other electronic scoring system, please be careful to check
your average as you enter the scores into the computer. It
is no longer necessary to sign score sheets. However, if
the meet director specifically requests signed score sheets,
please honor the request.. |
| Intersquads |
If a gym contacts you directly to judge
an intersquad, please ask them to complete the Judges Request
Form and send it to the GA
Booking Agent. This is for insurance purposes. There is
a $3 fee per judge requested. Coaches and Meet Directors, you
may request specific judges for your intersquad. Every effort
will be made to honor your request, assuming they are available. |

Education |
Continuing Professional
Education (CPE) is required of each judge annually. CPE
Requirements met are documented
on these forms: Annual
Continuing Education Record, Continuing
Education Clinic Credit Form, and Continuing
Education Miscellaneous Credit Form. |

| Beam Value Changes for 2006-2007 |
The following elements were inadvertently omitted from the
list of skills that have changed value for the JO Program (as
published in the minutes of the May 2006 join JO and Technical
Committee meeting). These values are effective August 1, 2006.
BEAM
#7.303 (C) Free (aerial) round-off, landing on both legs - raise
to D new #7.403
#8.404 (D) Salto backward stretched with legs together - raise
to E new #8.504
